Improving Your Career With Good Health.

In the last two months, I have been working out again, eating healthier, and maintaining a proper sleeping schedule after a hiatus of living like this two years ago. Some of the things that I have been noticing are that my overall health has improved, I feel more energetic, and lastly, I have become more productive at work (and of course improved my efficiency for my school projects).

It is critical to engage in daily physical activity in order to maintain a healthy brain. Former health educator Christine Brandt also argues that everyday physical activity improves academic achievement and mental well-being. Aside from that, one quote by the renowned German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche that truly sticks out in my mind while thinking about this topic is as follows: “All truly great thoughts are conceived by walking”. Furthermore, various studies support the assertions that working out in the early morning results in a variety of benefits such as an active brain, a clear mind, improved metabolism, flowing endorphins, and pumping blood. In addition, it wakes you up and helps you sleep in the evenings/nights.

The second factor that can significantly improve your health and brain is your diet. Maintaining a nutritious diet may be more difficult than maintaining a fitness programme, but it is a crucial aspect of living a healthier lifestyle (if not the most important). This is not to say that you should never eat unhealthy foods, but it does suggest that eating good meals on a regular basis can greatly improve your health. Low/non-processed foods such as fruits and vegetables are the essential foods that one can eat to be healthy. Not only are there several options (for example, fruits because I enjoy eating them), but there are also numerous methods to include them in your meals.

In conclusion, I can tell you that living a healthy lifestyle has had a significant impact on my career and mental health, and my next goal is to urge others to do the same. I recognise that there may be obstacles along the way, but by reaching for greater objectives, greater outcomes will follow. Remember that it is okay to skip an exercise day or eat at a fast-food restaurant on occasion, but try not to make it a habit of an unhealthy lifestyle, as there are significant changes to be noticed when doing so.
